Orders placed for Holiday Wreaths before Dec. 1 will be shipped the first week of December. Orders placed by December 15 for Wreaths & Gift Certificates will be shipped for delivery before Christmas.

Orders for nursery stock placed AFTER October 27, 2009 will be scheduled for shipment in 2010.

The winter months are a great time to plan your garden and reserve your plants for next spring. We continue to take orders through the winter and will ship according to proper planting time and availability of the stock. We will continue to ship hard goods throughout the winter. Expect nursery stock to arrive next spring.

As a general rule, we begin shipping nursery stock in early March to the southern states and warmest climates first. As weather and climatic conditions permit, we begin shipping to other locations. We wait to ship sensitive houseplants and other greenhouse plants until after April 1 (weather permitting). Seeds begin shipping in February. If you order an item that will not be available until Fall 2010 (ex. some daylilies, iris, bulbs, etc.), you will receive written notification from us.

Keep in mind that many of our plants and trees are shipped in a dormant condition. Soak overnight before planting. In general, these items can be planted anytime your ground is not frozen. An early snow or frost will not harm a nursery stock item that is already dormant. On the other hand, these items can also be planted during warm weather --simply be sure to water well. Potted perennials can be planted outside anytime after your last frost until your ground has frozen solid for the winter.

If any item you purchased from us does not live, for a FREE REPLACEMENT just RETURN THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING LABEL along with your written request within 1 year of receipt.  If you are dissatisfied with any merchandise, return it together with the ORIGINAL SHIPPING LABEL within 1 year of receipt for a FREE REPLACEMENT.   Replacement guarantee is VOID unless the ORIGINAL SHIPPING LABEL is returned.  For a REFUND of the purchase price, RETURN THE ITEM AND THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING LABEL, with the correct postage affixed, within 14 days of receipt.

Orders are filled by item number exactly as received. If a variety is sold out, we reserve the right to substitute one of equal or greater value.

We charge a flat $9.49 shipping and processing fee, regardless of how many items you order or the dollar amount of your order. This is a big savings for you and a lot simpler for the both of us.
